3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

4. ORDER POLICY

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your order details.
Orders move to “Processing” within 24 hours. After this stage, no changes (address, product, or size) can be made.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days from our warehouse after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.
Shipping delays due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues are beyond our control.
Free shipping may apply on certain promotional orders or minimum purchase values; otherwise, standard shipping rates apply.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Oldomatic is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address or contact details.
If a package is undelivered due to non-availability or wrong address and is returned to us, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

🔁 Exchange Process
1. Email/WhatsApp us with order ID and reason for exchange.
2. Our team will verify and approve the request if eligible.
3. Customer may need to ship the product back to our warehouse.
4. Upon inspection and approval, exchange dispatch/store credit will be initiated.
5. In case the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit (valid for 90 days) will be issued.
🚚 Shipping for Exchange
If the exchange is due to an error from our end (wrong item/defect), Oldomatic bears the return shipping cost.
For size or preference-related exchanges, customer bears the return shipping charges.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In case of pre-paid orders cancelled within the allowed time, store credit or full refund may be issued.

8. REFUND / STORE CREDIT POLICY
We do not offer direct monetary refunds except in cases of defective or unfulfilled orders from our side.
In approved cases, store credit equal to the order amount will be issued, valid for 90 days from issue date.
Store credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
